1. **Ring Style Selection**
Choose from our existing aurumluminos styles or provide your own ring design(This requires an additional $100 CAD design fee).

2. **Gemstone Varieties**
You can replace gemstones in our existing aurumluminos styles, including accent stones. Explore our gemstone collection to make your choice.

3. **Non-Standard Ring Sizes**
For ring sizes below 3 US or above 10 US, an additional $50 payment is required. Leave a note specifying your desired size, and please indicate the country's sizing standard.

4. **Matching Custom Rings**
If you have your own ring and wish to create a matching custom ring, contact us with your ring size and images.

• All our pieces are meticulously crafted by hand, requiring a production time of 2-3 weeks before shipment. • Production begins upon receipt of payment. While most items are completed within the standard timeframe, certain designs may require additional time based on stone availability and design complexity.

• We send products internationally throughout the world. Items are fully insured and sent worldwide with express shipping and require a signature upon delivery.

30-Day Return Window: Our return policy extends for a period of 30 days from the date of item receipt. This gives you ample time to assess your purchase and initiate a return if necessary.

Eligibility Criteria: To qualify for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

● It must be in the same pristine condition as received.
● Unworn or unused, with all tags intact.
● It should be returned in its original packaging.
● A valid receipt or proof of purchase must accompany the return request.

Restocking Fees: In the event of a return, a restocking fee of 30% of the order value will be deducted from the refund amount. It is imperative to note that refunds are not guaranteed if the return process is initiated post-shipment without prior communication.

   - Avoid harsh chemicals and ultrasonic cleaners. 

3. Sapphires and Rubies:

   - Clean with a soft cloth and lukewarm water.

   - Avoid sudden temperature changes and exposure to chemicals.

4. Pearls:

   - Wipe gently with a soft cloth after each wear.

   - Avoid exposure to perfume, hairspray, and cosmetics.

5. Moonstone and Opal:

   - Clean with a soft, damp cloth.

   - Store away from direct sunlight to prevent fading.

6. Moss Agate and Morganite:

   - Clean with lukewarm, soapy water and a soft brush.

   - Avoid exposure to harsh chemicals and extreme temperatures.

7. Moissanite:

   - Clean with mild soap and warm water.

   - Avoid abrasive cleaners and sharp objects that could scratch the surface.

8. Amethyst and Alexandrite:

   - Clean with a soft brush and warm, soapy water.

   - Avoid exposure to direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.

9. Garnet and Tourmaline:

   - Clean with a soft cloth and mild detergent solution.

   - Avoid prolonged exposure to sunlight and extreme temperatures.

10. Peridot and Aquamarine:

    - Clean with a soft brush and warm, soapy water.

    - Avoid exposure to harsh chemicals and sudden temperature changes

Items that have the GIA certificate mentioned in their description come with the GIA certificate. Diamonds have to be over 0.35ct per piece.

Fancy cut diamonds come with EGL, IGL, or IGI certificate. Diamonds have to be over 0.4ct per piece.

The report provides details about the cut, clarity, and carat weight, along with measurements and other additional information confirming the authenticity and quality of the diamond.

You can select from a variety of diamond shapes and cuts (brilliant, pear, marquise, princess, oval, etc.).

The GIA grades diamonds on a scale of D (colorless) through Z (light color). The diamonds we select for our designs correspond to colors G or F, which means that they are nearly colorless and only a professional gemologist can detect the difference between colors.

Practically all natural diamonds contain small imperfections inside, called inclusions, or on its surface, called blemishes. Clarity refers to the degree to which these imperfections are present. On the scale from included to flawless diamonds, the diamonds in our designs are graded as VS or VVS, which stands for “very slightly” or “very, very slightly included”. Inclusions are minor and only visible under a magnifying glass and not to the naked eye.
