We offer free express shipping for all our orders and we ship worldwide. All AURUMLUMINOS items are fully insured and sent worldwide with express shipping and require a signature upon delivery.

All our rings are custom-made by hand, which means they require a certain production time. Generally, custom orders for existing styles on our website take 7-15 days to be crafted, while fully customized rings may take longer, approximately 15-25 days, depending on factors such as the complexity of the ring and the rarity of gemstones.

After production, each ring undergoes a comprehensive inspection and quality check to ensure every detail is accurate before being packaged and shipped. This process takes only 1 day.

During the shipping phase:

We use USPS as our default shipping method, with estimated delivery times as follows:

  • Europe: 7-14 days
  • North America: 6-10 days
  • Asia: 7-10 days
  • Middle East and Africa: 15-25 days

Additionally, we offer expedited service options, which will shorten the overall process time by an estimated 4-7 days. If you require expedited service, please select "rush order" when placing your order.

Buyers are responsible for all customs fees, taxes, or receiving fees incurred. Buyers are responsible for knowing and abiding by any import restrictions to their country from Slovenia. As customs vary from country to country, we are unfortunately not able to advise on these charges, so we would recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing your order. Inside the European Union, there is no customs tax. For the US, it depends from state to state. It is usually between 2% and 5%, but please research this field to avoid any inconveniences.

PACKAGING

Each item comes in a Aurumluminos jewelry box. If you would like us to include a gift note in the parcel, please include your message with your order.

RETURNS + EXCHANGES

Customers can cancel their orders within 12 hours of placing the order without incurring any penalties. However, if the cancellation request is made after 24 hours and the order has not yet been shipped, the customer will be liable to pay a 30% restocking fee.

If the order has already been shipped but not yet delivered, and the customer wishes to cancel the order, they must wait for the order to be delivered, initiate a return, and provide reasons for the cancellation. In this case, the customer will be responsible for paying a 30% restocking fee as well as the round-trip shipping costs.

If the cancellation is due to reasons attributable to Aurum Luminos, such as delayed shipment, sending the wrong item, lost package, product defects, etc., Aurum Luminos will bear the responsibility for any associated costs.

This policy ensures clarity and fairness in the cancellation process for both the customer and Aurum Luminos.

For custom jewelry orders placed using our online customization options without additional services such as engraving, customers have the option to initiate a return within 30 days of receiving the product. However, it is essential to ensure that the product remains undamaged and intact. Customers must contact us at support@aurumluminos.com in advance to request a return and obtain confirmation before proceeding. Please note that customers are responsible for bearing a 30% restocking fee as well as covering the round-trip shipping costs for returns.

For fully customized DIY orders, returns are not available. All customized products are considered final sales and are ineligible for returns. We guarantee that the final product will match the design approved by you through detailed photos, including size, gemstone type, and metal.
